Harpist, teacher and composer Laura Zaerr will share an evening of beautiful music demonstrating the amazing voice of the harp. Equally at home with pedal or celtic harps, Laura’s selections will explore a wide range of musical traditions and eras. She will take us on a fun romp through harp history as she plays selections ranging from traditional Irish harp tunes to modern original compositions. In addition, she will sing some Gaelic songs in keeping with the traditions of Scotland, and a fisherman’s prayer from the Shetlands.
